可児市立今渡北小学校 
今日、ロング昼休みに、交通安全指導員様を講師として、分団登校時の旗と笛の使い方を学ぶ「バトンタッチ・リーダー会」を行いました。
旗や笛の使い方。さすが交通安全指導員さんの動きや笛の使い方は流れるような身のこなしでした。
では、やってみましょう。
マットを横断歩道に見立てて、何回も練習しました。「むず～い。」という声も聞こえてきました。
素敵だなあと思った姿。
交通安全指導員さんが話出すと、近くに寄って指導内容を聴きいている姿（自分から「わかろう！」とする意欲・責任感を感じました）。
次は・・・
待っている間に、自分だけで動きの確認をする姿（この役割を自分事として真剣に受け止めています。主体性を感じました。）
体育館には、『ピッ・ピッ、ピピー』と笛の音が響いていました。
あっという間に時間となりました。
代表児童のお礼の言葉。「班長、副班長の仕事を頑張ります！」
班長・副班長の役割は、安心・安全な登下校のために重要です。交通安全指導員さんから学んだこと、みんなで「頑張ろう！」と思ったこの時を忘れないでほしい。この役割を前向きな気持ちでやり切ってほしい。という願いを込めてシャッターを切りました。

Hoje, durante o recreio longo, realizamos a “Reunião de Líderes de Baton Touch”, onde aprendemos com o instrutor de segurança no trânsito como usar a bandeira e o apito durante a ida em grupo para a escola.
O uso da bandeira e do apito — os movimentos e os sons feitos pelo instrutor de segurança no trânsito eram realmente fluidos e impressionantes.
“Então, vamos tentar!”
Usando o tapete como se fosse a faixa de pedestres, praticamos muitas vezes. Também ouvimos algumas vozes dizendo: “É difícil!”
Algo que achei maravilhoso:
Quando o instrutor começou a falar, as crianças se aproximaram espontaneamente para ouvir as orientações (senti seu desejo e senso de responsabilidade em “querer entender”).
E depois…
Enquanto aguardavam sua vez, havia crianças que praticavam os movimentos sozinhas (elas realmente assumiram esse papel como algo importante para si mesmas; senti muita autonomia).
O ginásio ficou cheio dos sons do apito: “Pii, pii, pipii!”
O tempo passou num instante.
As palavras de agradecimento da criança representante:
“Vamos fazer o nosso melhor como líderes e vice-líderes do grupo!”
O papel de líder e vice-líder é muito importante para garantir a ida e volta seguras à escola. Espero que não esqueçam o que aprenderam com o instrutor de segurança no trânsito e o sentimento de “vamos fazer o nosso melhor!” que todos compartilharam neste momento. Tirei a foto com esse desejo no coração.

Today, during the long lunch break, we held the “Baton Touch Leader Meeting,” where we learned how to use the flag and the whistle during group commuting to school, with the Traffic Safety Instructor as our speaker.
The way to use the flag and whistle—grabe, the instructor’s movements and the sound he made were so smooth and professional.
“Okay, let’s try it!”
We practiced many times, using the mat as a pretend pedestrian lane. Some students even said, “Ang hirap!”
The moments I found really inspiring:
When the instructor started talking, the students moved closer on their own to listen carefully to the instructions (you could feel their willingness and responsibility to really understand).
Next…
While waiting for their turn, some students practiced the movements by themselves (they were taking the role seriously as something personal. You could feel their independence).
The gym was filled with the sound of whistles: “Pip! Pip! Piping!”
Time passed so quickly.
The representative student’s message of thanks:
“We will do our best as group leaders and assistant leaders!”
The role of leader and assistant leader is very important to keep everyone safe when going to and from school. I hope they don’t forget what they learned from the instructor and the feeling of “Let’s do our best!” that everyone shared today. I took the photo with that wish in mind.
