ＰＴＡ本部役員会が１９時より行われました。

ＰＴＡ会長さんからは，「できる人が，できることを，無理しすぎないで参加・協力して，子ども達のためになる活動を進めていきましょう。」という話がありました。

初めて学級委員に選ばれ，ＰＴＡ活動を進めていく立場になった方もいます。２回目という方も，立候補された方もいます。

みなさん，緊張や戸惑いの気持ちも強かったのではと想像しますが，会長さんの言葉に安心された方も多かったと感じました。

自己紹介の後は，学年ごとに集まり，学年主任の先生の進行で学級委員長を決めていただきました。

その後，専門委員会ごとに分かれて，年間活動等について話し合っていただきました。

ＰＴＡ活動については，いろいろな考え方があります。

学校と家庭が連携して，子ども達を見守り支援することが子ども一人一人の健やかな成長に有効であることには異論はないでしょう。

その連携のあり方を考えたとき，会長の「できる人が，できることを無理ないように」という考え方に，私（校長です）も賛成です。

学校行事の企画・運営や夜の会議などお時間をいただくことになります。

できる限り前向きに考えて，今まで以上に学校の教育活動への関心を高めていただきたと思います。協力お願いします。

また，保護者様の声を聴かせていただきたいと思っています。よろしくお願いいたします。

Assunto de sexta-feira, 18 de abril

A reunião da diretoria da PTA foi realizada às 19h.

O presidente da PTA disse: “Vamos participar e cooperar no que pudermos, sem exagerar, para promover atividades que beneficiem as crianças.”

Algumas pessoas foram escolhidas pela primeira vez como representantes de classe e assumiram a posição de avançar nas atividades da PTA. Outros foram escolhidos pela segunda vez ou se voluntariaram.

Imagino que muitos de vocês estavam nervosos ou confusos, mas acredito que as palavras do presidente trouxeram alívio para muitos.

Após as apresentações, nos reunimos por série e, sob a orientação do professor chefe da série, escolhemos os presidentes das classes.

Depois disso, nos dividimos em comitês especializados e discutimos as atividades anuais.

Existem várias maneiras de pensar sobre as atividades da PTA.

Não há dúvida de que a colaboração entre escola e família para apoiar e cuidar das crianças é eficaz para o crescimento saudável de cada criança.

Ao considerar a forma dessa colaboração, concordo com a ideia do presidente de “participar e cooperar no que pudermos, sem exagerar”.

A organização e operação de eventos escolares e reuniões noturnas exigirão tempo.

Gostaria que todos pensassem positivamente e aumentassem o interesse nas atividades educacionais da escola mais do que nunca. Contamos com a sua cooperação.

The PTA board meeting was held at 7 PM.

The PTA president said, “Let’s participate and cooperate in what we can, without overdoing it, to promote activities that benefit the children.”

Some were chosen as class representatives for the first time and took on the role of advancing PTA activities. Others were chosen for the second time or volunteered.

I imagine many of you were nervous or confused, but I believe the president’s words brought relief to many.

After the introductions, we gathered by grade level and, under the guidance of the grade level head teacher, chose the class presidents.

After that, we divided into specialized committees and discussed the annual activities.

There are various ways to think about PTA activities.

There is no doubt that the collaboration between school and family to support and care for the children is effective for the healthy growth of each child.

When considering the form of this collaboration, I agree with the president’s idea of “participating and cooperating in what we can, without overdoing it.”

The organization and operation of school events and evening meetings will require time.

I would like everyone to think positively and increase interest in the school’s educational activities more than ever. We ask for your cooperation.
