今日は，朝の子ども達の様子を見ようと校内を歩きました。

先ず，１年生教室（北舎１階）から４年生教室（４－１は北舎，そこからは南舎１階）へ。

学年主任さんから「今日は学年集会です。」と教えていただきました。あとで，体育館に行ってみようと思いながら南舎２階・３階，今度は北舎２階へ。ここは３年生のフロアです。

全学級のプロジェクターがついていました。学年主任の先生の学級から声が聞こえてきました。３年生は，オンライン学年集会でした。今回は「自分から勉強する習慣をつけよう」がテーマでした。

カメラをもっていなかったので，急いで（小さな足音）で一度職員室に戻りました。途中からですが様子を紹介します。

     

先生のお話，優しいイラスト，わかりやすい言葉，子どもたちは真剣に聴いていました。自分で勉強する習慣を身に付けるために，努力を続ける3年生に期待しています。

次は，体育館に行ってみました。

縦横きれいに並んでしました。そこだけでも，子ども達と先生方の雰囲気を感じました。「しっかり聴こう！」「しっかり伝えよう！」

今回は，４年生の約束の話でした。

新学期が始まってからの姿から，先生方で話し合い，この４つの約束を考えられたようです。

そもそも，「どうして約束（ルール）が必要なのでしょう？」先生の問いかけに，子ども達は考えます。つぶやきます。

先生の説明はこれでした。子どもたちは，自分たちの生活を振り返りながら考えます。うなずく，という反応をする子どもも多かったです。

話しの聞き方にも，こんな説明がありました。

勉強だけでなく，人間関係づくりのためにも大切なことを子ども達は学びました。

自然に視線が先生に集まっていきました。

(私事ですが，先日，整体に行ったら，「最近，子ども達の登校中の姿勢が悪い，背中が曲がり，下を向いている子が増えている。姿勢は健康に影響がある。集中力にもつながる・・・」と先生が話していたことを思い出しました。

この話で結びとなりました。

４年生と言えば，「１０歳」　昔なら1/2成人式の年です。低学年から高学年。小学校でも頼られることも増えていきます。

この時間にみんなで考えた「約束」を実践し，たくましい4年生に育っていくことを期待します。

Hoje, caminhei pela escola para ver como estavam as crianças pela manhã.

Primeiro, fui para a sala de aula do primeiro ano (prédio norte, primeiro andar) e depois para a sala de aula do quarto ano (4-1 no prédio norte, depois para o prédio sul, primeiro andar).

O coordenador do ano me informou que hoje haveria uma reunião de ano. Pensei em ir ao ginásio mais tarde, enquanto caminhava pelo segundo e terceiro andares do prédio sul, e depois para o segundo andar do prédio norte. Este é o andar do terceiro ano.

Todos os projetores das salas de aula estavam ligados. Ouvi a voz do professor coordenador do ano. Os alunos do terceiro ano estavam tendo uma reunião de ano online. O tema desta vez era “Desenvolver o hábito de estudar por conta própria”.

Como não estava com a câmera, voltei rapidamente (com passos pequenos) para a sala dos professores. Vou apresentar a situação a partir do meio.

As crianças estavam ouvindo atentamente as histórias do professor, as ilustrações gentis e as palavras fáceis de entender. Espero que os alunos do terceiro ano continuem se esforçando para desenvolver o hábito de estudar por conta própria.

Em seguida, fui ao ginásio.

As crianças estavam alinhadas ordenadamente. Só isso já mostrava a atmosfera entre as crianças e os professores. “Vamos ouvir atentamente!” “Vamos transmitir claramente!”

Desta vez, foi sobre as promessas dos alunos do quarto ano.

Desde o início do novo semestre, os professores discutiram e pensaram nessas quatro promessas.

“Por que precisamos de promessas (regras)?” Com a pergunta do professor, as crianças pensaram e murmuraram.

A explicação do professor foi esta. As crianças refletiram sobre suas próprias vidas enquanto pensavam. Muitos alunos reagiram acenando com a cabeça.

Houve também uma explicação sobre como ouvir as histórias.

As crianças aprenderam que isso é importante não apenas para os estudos, mas também para construir relacionamentos.

As crianças se reuniram naturalmente ao redor do professor.

Sobre postura.

(Recentemente, fui ao quiroprático e ele disse: “Ultimamente, tenho visto mais crianças com má postura enquanto vão para a escola, com as costas curvadas e olhando para baixo. A postura afeta a saúde e está relacionada à concentração…”. Lembrei-me disso.)

Como os pais se sentem sobre isso?

A reunião de ano terminou com esta história.

Falando em quarto ano, eles têm 10 anos. Antigamente, era o ano da cerimônia de meia-idade. Eles estão passando do ensino fundamental para o ensino médio. Na escola primária, eles também serão mais confiáveis.

Espero que eles pratiquem as “promessas” que discutiram neste momento e cresçam como alunos do quarto ano fortes.

Today, I walked around the school to see how the kids were doing in the morning.

First, I went to the first-grade classroom (north building, first floor) and then to the fourth-grade classroom (4-1 in the north building, then to the south building, first floor).

The grade coordinator told me that there was a grade meeting today. I thought of going to the gym later while walking through the second and third floors of the south building, and then to the second floor of the north building. This is the third-grade floor.

The kids were listening seriously to the teacher’s stories, kind illustrations, and easy-to-understand words. I hope the third graders continue to make efforts to develop the habit of studying on their own.

Next, I went to the gym.

The kids were neatly lined up. Just that showed the atmosphere between the kids and the teachers. “Let’s listen carefully!” “Let’s communicate clearly!”

This time, it was about the promises of the fourth graders.

Since the start of the new semester, the teachers discussed and thought about these four promises.

“Why do we need promises (rules)?” With the teacher’s question, the kids thought and murmured.

The teacher’s explanation was this. The kids reflected on their own lives while thinking. Many kids reacted by nodding.

There was also an explanation about how to listen to stories.

The kids learned that this is important not only for studying but also for building relationships.

(Recently, I went to a chiropractor and he said, “Lately, I’ve seen more kids with bad posture while going to school, with their backs bent and looking down. Posture affects health and is related to concentration…”. I remembered that.)

Speaking of fourth graders, they are 10 years old. In the past, it was the year of the half-adult ceremony. They are moving from lower to upper grades. In elementary school, they will also be more relied upon.
